About the Role

Motion & Flow Control Products is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base through strategic sales efforts and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and industry trends to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Communication**: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management**: Manage customer accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements
  • Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience**: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Physical Demands**: Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive, with frequent lifting up to 70 pounds and occasional climbing of ladders.
