Role Objective

The primary goal of this position is to ensure that all dining and kitchen utensils, dishware, glassware, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for both Guests and Team Members.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver clean and sanitized utensils, dishware, glassware, and equipment to both Guests and Team Members, ensuring that all items are ready for use.
  • Oversee the daily cleanliness and operational maintenance of the dishwashing machine.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized service area and kitchen throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Complete assigned preparation tasks and ensure the aesthetic appeal of the kitchen environment.
  • Identify and resolve any issues with the dishwasher equipment promptly.
  • Keep the immediate supervisor informed of any significant problems or unusual occurrences and suggest appropriate corrective actions.
  • Execute all responsibilities in a timely and effective manner, adhering to established company policies to meet the overall objectives of the role.
  • Foster a positive working relationship with all Team Members to promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment, enhancing morale and productivity.
  • Consistently represent JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC in a positive manner to support its goals and enhance recognition of its initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Capability to perform duties that ensure Guest satisfaction.
  • Adherence to handling and sanitation protocols, exercising caution with all utensils, dishware, glassware, and equipment to prevent breakage.
  • Physical ability to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 70 lbs.
