  • Behavioral Support: Implement behavior support plans and protocols to ensure the well-being and safety of clients.
  • Crisis Intervention: Respond to behavioral incidents using Handle with Care training techniques and verbal de-escalation methods.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, psychiatric, and/or security experience is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
