Job Summary

Decker Truck Line, Inc. is seeking a qualified CDL A Flatbed Driver to join our team. As an OTR Flatbed Driver, you will be responsible for hauling 48 ft. flatbed trailers across America's Heartland, with regular home time every two weeks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate OTR, pulling 48 ft. flatbed trailers
  • Travel 2,400 to 2,600 miles per week
  • Get home every two weeks
  • Meet performance-based monthly bonus opportunities
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay package, including:

  • Average miles: 2,400-2,600 per week
  • Average gross pay: $1,000 - $1,700
  • Pay increases: $.01 at 90 days, then $.01 increase annually on anniversary date until cap of $.70 cpm
  • Monthly bonus (performance-based): up to $.05 cpm per month
  • Per diem: $.10 cpm for all drivers - included in pay rate
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • CDL A license
  • 6 months recent flatbed experience (preferred)
