Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, outgoing, and well-organized individual who has a desire to grow with our pediatric dental practices. The ideal candidate will have prior dental assistant experience, be bilingual in Spanish, and have experience working with children. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the back office staff, ensuring coverage, and approving time off.
Responsibilities
- Ordering and inventory management
- Maintenance log upkeep and compliance
- Supervising back office staff to ensure adequate coverage
- Approving time off and scheduling
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
- Prior dental assistant experience required (1+ years)
- Bilingual Spanish is required
- Pediatric experience and chairside experience are essential
- Ability to work some Saturdays
- Ordering experience and dental assisting experience are required
- Supervision experience is required
- Denticon experience is a plus
- X-Ray Certification is preferred
- Coronal Polish certification is required
