As a Caregiver Advocate at one of our Pickerington, OH locations, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate and competent care to our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Bathing, showering, and grooming/dressing assistance
• Assisting residents with dining
• Wheelchair and walking escorts
• Meal, activity, and medication reminder assistance
• Answering resident call signals

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be passionate about working with the elderly, punctual, and professional. We also require that you have an interest in pursuing a career in healthcare, such as CNA, nursing, or geriatrics.

This position requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. You'll also need to review detailed documents and read computer screens. Our work environment is moderate, with occasional travel to different locations required.
