Job Summary:

We are seeking a Night Crew Clerk to join our team at Redner's. As a Night Crew Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining the pricing, stocking, and rotation of merchandise in the grocery department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in unloading merchandise and transporting stock to storage areas.
  • Open cartons and price items accurately, if needed.
  • Keep store shelves fully stocked according to tag allocations.
  • Assist in building store displays and rotating perishable merchandise.
  • Control damaged goods and properly present assigned sections.
  • Observe policies and procedures established for each department.
  • Greet customers and maintain a neat appearance according to company dress code policy.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
  • Ability to unload, transport, and place merchandise in specific areas.
  • Ability to lift up to seventy pounds at least forty percent of the time.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
