The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Disease Control Specialist to join our Infectious Diseases, US Commercial team based out of our office location in the United States. This individual will be responsible for marketing activities for our assigned product lines, including development, management, and execution of strategies and tactical programs to achieve business plan objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Market Product Strategy & Execution: Lead all marketing activity associated with product line(s) or business(es), providing marketing support for the US sales organization as the voice of the product both internally and externally.
  • Distributor Marketing: Collaborate between Abbott and distributors' marketing teams to develop and execute annual marketing calendars, build expertise, and act as Subject Matter Expert on distributor-specific marketing tactics.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives, including global & US marketing, sales, legal, regulatory, and medical affairs, manufacturing, logistics, public affairs, creative and strategy agencies, vendors, retail buyers, and health care professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4+ years of product marketing management experience with a proven track record
  • Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $95,000 - $190,000 annually, depending on specific locations within the United States.
