Job Title: IT Manager

ITW Contamination Control is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for enabling growth of the Chemtronics business through the implementation and modification of IT systems, including ERP, CRM, EDI, and other business solution systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in deploying, upgrading, and enhancing ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment. They will also have strong experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, Virtualization, and networking.

The IT Manager will develop and maintain a strategic IT roadmap for the business, consistent with the business goals. They will also be responsible for managing the business relationship with outside IT managed service providers and working with other divisional IT resources to support other locations within the Contamination Control Division as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business leaders to build, maintain, and execute an IT roadmap to enable aggressive growth within the business
  • Provide day-to-day support to our IT Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, PBX) and applications (ERP, CRM, EDI)
  • Provide end-user helpdesk support, including onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Project manage and execute upgrades to systems and applications to maintain currency and supportability
  • Partner with Managed Service Providers to define and deliver infrastructure and/or application support where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with cyber security standards by deploying, managing, and maintaining enterprise cyber security tools
  • Perform system patching and security remediations
  • Perform and ensure that data backups are performed, execute periodic BCDR tests
  • Document and keep all processes and procedures current
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Install and test necessary software and hardware
  • Maximize the availability, uptime, stability, and data integrity of Company Infrastructure, PC Software, hardware, network, printers, and file and print servers
  • Monitor PC, Network, and Server performance. Tune to optimize performance. Make recommendations for new equipment or services
  • Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain telephone system, phones, and other communication equipment
  • Maintain inventory of all hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment
  • Develop and maintain system documentation for changes and enhancements
  • Provide IT expertise and support to businesses across the Division as needed
  • Perform all other duties as required
