10. Create work schedules for Associates and Warehouse Staff.

12. Adhere to sound business practices consistently.
13. Perform additional duties as required.
Compensation:
*Projected first-year earnings range from 50-70K at target performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management.
- Demonstrated capability to build, develop, and inspire a sales team.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, commission-based sales environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow through independent study and constructive feedback.
- Lead with positivity and infectious enthusiasm.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Design Acumen:
- Ability to combine various styles, colors, and textures.
- Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer skills.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
