We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants, and CNAs for Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
About the RoleAs a Caregiver with Palmetto Family Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the client's needs, which are outlined in their individualized care plans. You will provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living, light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, appointment management, and other essential duties.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as other Activities of Daily Living
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Manage appointments and provide reminders
- Assist with range of motion and exercises
- Transfer clients safely and use mechanical lifting devices when necessary
- Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration
- Assist with ambulation and provide companionship
- Administer medication as needed
