Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Footwear Sales Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our footwear department. Your enthusiasm for our products and dedication to service will help create a memorable shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and assisting them in selecting the right footwear.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing footwear department through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
- Safeguard company assets while ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective success and foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Adapt to changing business needs and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to share credit with colleagues.
- Ability to embrace change and learn new processes quickly.
