  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, willingness to perform routine tasks, and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Must not be a legally responsible relative of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance with personal care tasks and monitoring clients' overall health status.
  • Administering medications as prescribed.
  • Preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, running errands, and offering transportation services.
  • Executing tasks assigned by the RN supervisor and accurately documenting activities.
  • Reporting any significant changes in the client's condition to the RN supervisor.
