Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

  • Generate and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure financial statements comply with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other applicable regulations.

Financial Analysis:

  • Perform financial analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks to the organization's financial stability.

Audit and Compliance:

  • Support external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to protect company assets.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing processes within the accounting department.
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred).

Demonstrated experience (typically 5+ years) in accounting or financial management roles.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.

Compensation Range

$100,000.00 Annually to $115,000.00 Annually
