Hourly Rate:
$18.00/hour
Shifts:
Common shifts are Thursday - Monday, ranging from 8am-9pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while performing duties.
- Ensure the cleanliness of dishware, tableware, and kitchenware.
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues to the manager immediately.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle and maintain daily logs.
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
- Keep the dish room clean and organized.
- Complete opening and closing checklists.
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
- Bag and haul kitchen trash to the dumpster.
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies at the workstation.
- Use cleaning and sanitizing agents according to directions and general principles of safety and sanitation.
- Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
- Closely follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations.
Requirements:
- High school-level diploma, GED, or equivalent knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A Food Handlers Certificate is preferred.
