- Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care facility that provides a wide range of services including Cardiology, Emergency Services, and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, among others.

Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering both direct and indirect patient care.
- Developing nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Communicating any changes in patients' clinical conditions to Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and colleagues as necessary.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Completion of educational requirements for Texas Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Possession of a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Texas Board of Nursing or a multi-state license through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Commitment to obtaining a BSN degree within four years of hire.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association must be obtained within six months.
- PALS certification from an endorsed program is required within six months of hire.
- A minimum of one year of experience in an ICU setting is required.
