About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced telemetry environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and analyze patient data to identify potential health risks and develop strategies for prevention and intervention.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
