Welding Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team at Engineering Services & Products C. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our production staff and ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall manufacturing performance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide coaching and training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of welding experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Knowledge of welding processes and techniques, as well as quality control procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. A high level of physical fitness is required, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
