About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to insurance customers by answering their queries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. As an Insurance Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their insurance needs and providing timely information;
  • Processing policy changes and updates in the system;
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims;
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed;
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner;
  • Staying up-to-date with insurance products and industry trends to effectively assist customers;
  • Following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines;
