About the Role

The Contra Costa Community College District is seeking a highly skilled Science Laboratory Technician to join our science division. This position will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment, ensuring the proper operation of scientific equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to our faculty and students.

As a Science Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our students by providing expert technical assistance, performing routine maintenance tasks, and collaborating with faculty members to develop and implement laboratory curricula. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, managing inventory, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,268 - $75,864 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
