Key Responsibilities:
- Implement care plans by administering medications, collecting specimens, and providing clinical treatments alongside other medical interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
- Continuously monitor, record, and relay patient conditions to the healthcare team, physicians, patients, and their families.
- Assist patients in daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and mobility.
- Work collaboratively across various disciplines to ensure seamless patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and addressing spiritual or psychosocial needs.
- Assess the educational needs of patients and/or their families, delivering tailored education based on age, culture, health status, and specific circumstances.
- Act as an advocate for the physical and emotional health of patients.

Qualifications:
As a Registered Nurse / RN, you should possess:
