Behavioral Learning Network LLC specializes in providing advanced, trauma-informed, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, aged 2-22, within their homes, educational settings, and communities. Position Overview
We are currently on the lookout for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts who demonstrate leadership, uphold ethical standards, and are eager to enhance their expertise in the ABA field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train behavioral technicians
  • Facilitate bi-monthly team meetings and parent training sessions
  • Engage in monthly group supervision and peer mentorship with colleagues
  • Local travel is required
Qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism. Additional requirements include:
  • A reliable means of transportation and willingness to travel
  • Comfort in working with children exhibiting severe behavioral challenges

This role necessitates a full range of physical motion, including standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, running, pushing, and pulling in response to challenging behaviors. Candidates must possess the ability to lift students weighing up to 50 pounds using proper techniques, as well as perform repetitive movements of the wrists, hands, and fingers. Effective communication skills, visual acuity, and the ability to comprehend written instructions are essential.
