Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care services, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, medication lists, and other relevant information.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Certifications: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire, National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- Experience: One (1) year of nursing experience.
This is a variable shift position, and the salary is competitive.
