The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI scans using magnetic resonance technology, ensuring accurate diagnoses and high-quality images. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be expected to maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to strict quality control standards and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI scans on patients of all ages, utilizing advanced imaging techniques and protocols to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient scans, including image quality, patient information, and any relevant medical history
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, industry regulations, and standard safety protocols
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification
  • Current Florida license as a Radiology Technologist
  • BLS certification via the American Heart Association
  • Experience working with Siemens equipment (required)
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including 8-hour shifts and weekends
Compensation

This assignment offers a competitive compensation package, including a tax-free stipend. The estimated payment breakdown is approximately $2286-$2446 per week, with an hourly rate ranging from $26-$30. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a retention bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
