We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage the organization and distribution of stockroom materials. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various teams and personnel to maintain effective communication and ensure the timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and validate incoming shipments against invoices
  • Prepare and confirm production materials for shop orders
  • Systematically organize, label, count, inspect, and handle clerical tasks for the stockroom
  • Report any discrepancies or potential issues
  • Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives as part of a collaborative team
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing stockroom environment
  • Proficient in learning and troubleshooting inventory management software or ERP systems
  • Forklift operation experience is preferred
