We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Paragon Infusion Centers. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our infusion services.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer ordered therapies according to prescriber order, facility protocols, and company policies.
- Complete admission processes as directed by the Center Director.
- Perform physical assessments on patients as warranted and for new consults.
- Document all pertinent data in the patient's medical record.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the IV team on patient status and observations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Master's degree in Nursing and a minimum of 2 years of related experience with clinical emphasis for nurse practitioner.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with IVs required.
- Current, active, valid, and unrestricted NP license to practice as a healthcare professional within the scope of license in applicable state.
- Active, current, and valid Family Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience with IVs strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
