Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Restaurant Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of our dining establishment, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Ensure all operational protocols are followed by the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Uphold food and beverage safety and quality in line with company and franchise guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and train staff on operational standards and safety procedures.
  • Address and resolve guest-related concerns effectively.
  • Facilitate communication among the General Manager, Department Managers, Supervisors, and staff.
  • Assist in managing employee performance to foster productivity and a positive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in the Restaurant or Food and Beverage sector.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Effective communication skills with guests, management, and team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Certification in ServSafe or equivalent food safety training.
  • Completion of alcohol awareness training (e.g., TIPS).
  • Understanding of food and beverage cost management.
  • Capability to draft routine reports and correspondence.
  • Proficiency in basic math and measurement tools.
  • Experience in budget preparation and cost control.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
