Brow Shaping Specialist

The Brow Waxing Expert is a key member of our Ulta Beauty team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth in the Benefit brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests to determine their individual needs and preferences
• Assist guests in selecting and purchasing Benefit products and services
• Perform short services, including eyebrow and facial treatments
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to guests
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Benefit brand

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of beauty products and services, particularly in the Benefit brand
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service and build strong relationships with guests
