Speech-Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school team in Duncanville, TX.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to students, conduct assessments, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs). A minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support student communication goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective communication and support student needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting educational goals for students.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
