  • Assist in establishing a Quality Control program that aligns with safety guidelines.
  • Develop project scopes with stakeholder input, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and process planning.
  • Experience in electrical, software, or mechanical design is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers, such as Arduino, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with regulatory agencies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Work Environment:

This role may require prolonged standing and the ability to lift heavy objects. Candidates should be prepared to work in varying temperature conditions.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must be able to perform essential functions, including talking, listening, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision, as well as depth perception.

Position Details:

This is a full-time position with a standard workweek of 40+ hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary based on job demands.

Travel Requirements:

Some local travel to suppliers may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience is preferred.
