Key Performance Indicators:
* Increase new business growth by 20% within the first six months.
* Achieve a 95% client satisfaction rate through excellent customer service and risk management expertise.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our policy offerings, including General Liability, Commercial Property/Package, Commercial Auto, W/C, and Umbrella.
