  • Perform light property maintenance and partner with vendors to ensure the facility is well-maintained and secure.
  • Provide coverage to other properties as needed, supporting multiple locations within a district.
  • Ensure the facility is kept up to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail, property management, storage, or customer service role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and must be 18 years of age.
  • Preferred experience in retail sales/customer service, hospitality, property management, or store industry.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with a POS system.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 35lbs.
