About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for our clients
- Processing transactions and handling customer inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Providing guidance and support to our clients
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer service
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing literature and verbal introductions to our company to new clients
- Processing purchase/return/exchange transactions
- Packaging products for clients
- Placing orders for shipping or pickup
- Opening and closing the cash register
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store and individual work areas
- Maintaining store inventory
- Maintaining accurate transactions and client records
- Ensuring client information is up to date and comprehensive
- Participating in and promoting our marketing and advertising efforts
- Maintaining a working knowledge of product codes and types
- Coordinating with other team members and management
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service/cashier experience
- Proficient with an Apple operating system
- Comfortable with browser-based software
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
- Saturday or Sunday availability
- Diverse

- Strong communication skills
