Registered Nurse RN Intensive Care ICU Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our Intensive Care Unit ICU team at Parkland Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse RN in our ICU, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. As a Registered Nurse RN in our ICU, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitoring and managing patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
