Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and patient satisfaction
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
- 1 year of acute care experience, with a minimum of 6 months in an operating room setting
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
