Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN to provide patient care and education to residents in a Long Term Care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and education to residents in a Long Term Care setting
  • Assess and analyze patient health status and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license
  • Experience working in a Long Term Care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong background in nursing and patient care
