Role Overview

As part of the Prisma Access team, you will contribute to delivering secure cloud access solutions. This role involves leveraging advanced public and private cloud technologies to extend next-generation security to various services, including on-premise networks and mobile users.

We are looking for seasoned Software Engineers who are passionate about coding, product development, and bringing innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and dependable software features using both proprietary and open-source technologies.
  • Engage in the architecture, design, and development of features for the edge platform.
  • Research and apply various frameworks suitable for our solutions.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, development, and quality assurance teams to ensure optimal quality.
  • Work alongside DevOps and Technical Support teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Establish processes for DevOps and create tools to automate workflows.
  • Coordinate with team members across different time zones to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or equivalent, with a strong commitment to reliability and service excellence.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, preferably Python or Go.
  • Extensive experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Familiarity with Terraform and HashiCorp tools.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualized and containerized environments, including Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and Configuration Management, with GitLab as a preference.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing high-scale production environments is advantageous.
