We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Baltimore, MD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis to address challenging behaviors exhibited by individuals. They will provide behavior analytic services to clients across various settings, including schools, homes, and community-based programs, to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Provide behavior analytic services to clients across various settings, including schools, homes, and community-based programs.
  • Design and oversee implementation of data collection systems to monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, therapists, and other professionals, to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure consistency in implementing behavior intervention strategies across environments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.
  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst certification.
  • Highly competitive compensation $40-50.
  • Comprehensive Insurance and Benefits - Medical, Dental, & Vision.
  • W-2 classification w/Weekly Pay.

Interview Process:

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  • 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District.
  • Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
