Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced COTA to manage a treatment plan, work collaboratively with the therapy team, and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
  • Active State License
  • Supervisory Professional References
  • Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen
