Job DescriptionAs a DevSecOps Engineer at Sierra Space, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines ensuring the security and efficiency of our development processes. You'll work closely with software developers to optimize development processes and embed security practices.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using frameworks such as the Big Bang DevSecOps framework.
- Create and maintain On-Prem and Cloud Kubernetes resources.
- Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
- Collaborate with software developers to optimize development processes and embed security practices.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, and 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools.
- Practical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
We offer a competitive salary range of $104,827.91 - $144,138.39, plus a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 8%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
