At CaroMont Health, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. Our combined multi-level of care unit is a unique environment where you will have the opportunity to care for critical, intermediate, and medical-surgical patients.
This role is ideal for nurses with intermediate or ICU experience who are passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centric care. As a High Acuity 1 RN, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to a group of assigned patients within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the medical staff and other members of the healthcare team to provide quality patient care
- Perform all activities in accordance with approved policies and guidelines
- Supervise and delegate to ancillary personnel
Requirements:
- Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state compact license)
- BSN preferred
- Professional nursing certification preferred
- Recent acute care experience within the past 3 years preferred
