Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Texas Tech University. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients.

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with accepted medical and nursing standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate clinic personnel to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote patient health and well-being.
• Monitor patient progress, identify potential health risks, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate adverse outcomes.

• Education: Graduated from an approved accredited nursing program.
• License/Certification: Current RN License in the State of Texas, or ability to transfer license to Texas, or scheduled to complete a program of nursing within 120 days of applying for a position.
• Experience: No experience required.

This position requires a high degree of contact with patients, other healthcare professionals, and outside professionals. Work is performed under correctional clinic conditions.
