MMA Coach

At UFC Gym, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MMA Coach to join our team. As an MMA Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member service, private training, and achieving supplement revenue goals.

• Sell and conduct private and small group training sessions with members
• Assist members in achieving their fitness goals and encourage member involvement in private training
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs
• Assist in all revenue-generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, and workshops
• Sell training sessions, execute an effective prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and complete sales through the Turn-Over process
• Responsible for achieving personal monthly revenue objectives set forth by the company with regards to private coaching and supplements

• Current CPR/AED certification
• Certification from a recognized organization or Pro-Am fight background
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 4-year degree in a related field (preferred)
• Current DotFIT certification (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
