Plasma Donor Coordinator

About the Role

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to interact effectively with donors, colleagues, and other stakeholders. As a Medical Screener, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. They will also be required to maintain accurate records, adhere to SOPs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of donor data, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
2. Educate donors on the safe collection process, emphasizing the importance of informed consent and maintaining confidentiality.
3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with donors, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve processes and outcomes.
5. Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing knowledge and skills to meet changing organizational needs.
6. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, respecting and valuing diversity and promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months' experience in a clerical or customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation and Benefits

CSL offers a competitive salary range of $16.90-$19.45 per hour, paid sick leave, and participation in the 401(k) Savings Program. Employees can also take advantage of paid vacation time and holidays.
