Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. As an Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, and advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and make decisions that promote patient safety and well-being. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- BLS required prior to orientation completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in critical care, emergency department, and/or women's and babies preferred.
