**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant to join our team at Northern Montana Health Care. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform phlebotomy procedures on patients of various ages, adhering to OSHA Blood Borne Pathogen Standards for Category I exposure level.

* Maintain accurate records of blood samples collected and processed.

* Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations.

* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on laboratory procedures and best practices.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Previous experience in phlebotomy or a related field preferred.

* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
