We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team at All Hands and Hearts. As a key member of our disaster response team, you will be responsible for the strategic development and overall management of our programs to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement program strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our programs, including budgeting, reporting, and staff management.
- Collaborate with local partners to foster collaboration and ensure effective program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Develop and manage program budgets, including financial forecasting and reconciliation.
- Oversee the delivery of weekly and monthly reporting for all aspects of the program.
- Ensure all program tracking systems are updated regularly and maintained.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a disaster response context, preferably with All Hands and Hearts.
- At least one year of experience in a role with project management responsibilities, including budget tracking and reporting.
- Management experience in a professional setting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, confident working with Google Suite, Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).
- Ability to secure and maintain appropriate visas.
- Outstanding leadership and delegation skills with the ability to manage a large workload while performing in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive pay rate based on location, skills, and experience.
