We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Spartan Placements, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax planning, consulting, and compliance, with a focus on corporate, partnership, individual, trusts, and estate planning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing innovative and proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to clients, with a focus on flow-through entities. They will also be responsible for supervising and leading associate and senior associate team members, as well as developing skills to attract new clients and market the company's services and products.
The Tax Manager will work closely with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and staff on client management, professional development, and business development activities. They will also be responsible for keeping abreast of any legislative or professional changes, and consulting with clients on potential implications.
