Industrial Maintenance Specialist

The Industrial Maintenance Specialist position at Bunge is a critical role assigned to 3rd shift. The hourly compensation range is $28.74 to $33.81, depending on experience.

Shift operations begin at 11 PM and conclude at 7:00 AM. Health and welfare benefits commence on the date of hire.

Key Responsibilities:


Perform a range of mechanical tasks, including plumbing, spouting, sheet metal layout, fabrication, welding, general fabrication, steam, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment maintenance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments to motors, machinery, and equipment.

Conduct general building repairs.

Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to perform installations, removals, and repairs.

Requirements:


Education/Experience:

An Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical, or a related field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance repair.

The selected candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including swing shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime when necessary.

Proficient verbal communication, reading, and writing skills in English are required for record-keeping and quality training purposes.

Maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and performing work in a team environment is essential.

Ability to work in varying climates and environments is also necessary.
