We are seeking a skilled Plastic Fabricator to join our team at Emerald Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality plastic containers and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture round and rectangular plastic containers based on detailed drawings and specifications.
• Process various thermoplastic plastics, including PE, PP, PVC, PVDF, and ECTFE, to meet the required standards.
• Cut plastic parts (sheets and pipes) according to precise drawings and dimensions.
• Perform welding work (hot gas welding & extrusion welding) in the plastic process for the production of components and assemblies.
• Glue plastic pipes to ensure seamless connections.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a plastic and rubber technologist or equivalent manual training.
• First professional experience in the field of plastic processing and welding certification is desirable.
